3 ways to access Google Docs from Windows Phone

Do you currently own a Windows Mobile phone and use Google Docs to store your data? Please refer to the article below to connect cloud storage service utility of Google with the new operating system from Microsoft.
However, a small note is that all these solutions have not been able to help you create or edit Google Docs documents directly from Windows Phone that support only view and download these documents to your computer.

A. Using the browser

The easiest way to connect to Google Docs from Windows Mobile phone is through your web browser.



You only need to activate the web browser up and then access http://docs.google.com address. 


Then declare the email address and password to log into your Google account. If you are using a two step process of verification of Google then you need to create a new password to make this connection.


Once logged in, you will see Google Docs screen appears with a list of all the documents that you have uploaded. You click on any document name to view the content.

With this feature, users can only view the contents of that document can not edit the documents available and can not create new documents or upload data to your account from WP.


If you click and hold on a document, in the drop-down menu will give you the option of sharing documents (Share), rename (Rename), Download (Download) .... same as you use from a browser on the desktop.
 

If you select Download, then you need to choose the download format. The default format is Microsoft Word, but if you click on the drop down arrow you can choose to add other formats.


You can see the formatting options. If you download the materials on to the Microsoft Word, Plain Text, Rich Text or after downloading the document will be opened by Office applications on the machine.

Then you can edit your documents and saving them on the device or upload to SkyDrive, unfortunately you still can not upload to Google Docs.

Two. GDocs

GDocs is a free application on WP that allows users to view and download documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and many other document formats to your computer.




Similar online services, you need to login to your Google account.


 Once logged in, you have access to Google Docs and view documents stored on your account, similar to working with the browser.

Just open a document, Gdocs automatically downloaded to your device. And then you can open to view, edit document content whenever you want.

3. Easy File Hub 2

Easy File Hub 2 is a paid app lets you log into Google Docs and view your documents. In addition the program also allows users access to a lot of cloud storage services like Dropbox, Skydrive, Picasa, local server ...

Similar to other services, when you press select Google Docs you need to declare e-mail address and password to access your account. The login information will not be stored on the device, so you will need to report to login multiple times if used regularly.


After logging is complete you can access the document content is stored on Google Docs.

You can type in the three dots at the bottom right corner of the screen to access the menu of the application and log out of Google Docs when not in use.
