In the open and save dialogs in Mac OS X added some useful key combinations that give you quick access to files in specific locations.

Using the key combination Shift + Command +.(Point) you can open and save dialog box to activate the display of hidden files. A very useful option when you go to work with system files.

Another option in the open and save dialog is the ability to directly access folders. When the dialog appears because you can use the key combination Shift + cmd + G

This key combination activates the "Go to Folder ..." function as it is also present in OS X Finder. This feature allows you to reach a folder based on the POSIX path. For example, to documents folder in your home want to approach you would type ~ / Documents.

It is not necessary to name a folder full typing since you can automatically add the tab key (for example: Doc [tab] for Documents)

Fortunately, you do the key combination Shift + cmd + G because you can not remember the "Go to Folder ..." function is also activated with the '/' key.
