Those accustomed to using the service Google Talk (for example through Gmail) for instant messaging needs you will have noticed today that while you're online you do not answer your friends or your messages are "503 error". The problem has been recognized by the corresponding group of Google, which made a formal announcement:
"We know there is a problem with the Google Talk service and affects the majority of users who have access to Google Talk, but see error messages or otherwise not normal behavior. You know just as soon find the source and deal with the problem”
In personal tests I noticed that the application Adium for Mac normally look online, as well as my contacts, but when you send messages displayed "XMPP Message Error, Code 503". Once we have nothing new to update the post.
Update : The service is working properly for some time, at least to us, so it seems that Google's engineers solved the problem, but have not reported so far from arising.
