Enable Hibernate in Windows 8


With just a few simple steps, you can "summon" Hibernate features which are hidden in Windows 8.

                   
                      Default Hibernate features are hidden in the Shutdown option from the toolbar's 
                                                     Charms Bar Windows 8 screenshots.

Hibernate is a feature of the operating system, which allows all data in RAM is written to the hard disk before the shutdown. With this feature, when the computer is restarted, all data will be loaded back to memory so the user can continue the unfinished work is done before the shutdown quickly. Most of today's versions of Windows are equipped with this feature and are located in very convenient location. However, with Windows 8, this feature is hidden and sometimes caused many problems for users.

To enable this feature on Windows 8, first, open the Control Panel, go to the Power Options, and then double click on this icon. In addition, you can also choose to click the Start button, select Run, then type in the command line control / name microsoft.poweroptions to open fast interface Power Options window as shown below.

In the window that appears like the screen shot below, you left click on the "Choose what the power buttons do "in the left pane to set the functions for the power button (Power).

Now, look down the list of check box at the bottom, you will see the option "Show Hibernate ". The next you need to do is tick the check box before the text box, then click "Save changes "button to close the window is finished.


From this point onwards, you have the option to hibernate when pressing the Power button in the toolbar Charms Bar features of Windows 8 already.
