[CES 2013] NVIDIA introduced Project Shield, portable gaming Android and Tegra 4, 38 hour battery


During the press conference to introduce the new processor generation Tegra 4 at CES 2013, NVIDIA also shows us a portable gaming cum control handle which they called Project Shield.


Project Shield will be the gaming machine using its Tegra 4 processor with four cores Cortex A15, 72 graphics. The features of Project Shield are the handle of it is quite similar to Sony's DualShock 3 PS3 but integrates a HD screen for gaming. NVIDIA promised each charging will allow us to play 38 consecutive hours, very impressive. According to NVIDIA, Project Shield integrated screen 720p 5 ", microSD card slot, HDMI port and a system speakers equivalent to external portable speakers.

Especially impressive NVIDIA CEO also uses Project Shield to show on the screen resolution of 4K without pulling or late.
