In the first beta of iOS lacks the option podcasts in the iTunes app. It has led to speculation that Apple plans to have a separate iPhone app for podcasts to bring. AllThingsD says that reliable sources have said that there is a separate app, where users can find podcasts, download and play. In iTunes on the desktop, the podcasts are still available and that also applies to the iPod app on the iPhone. The news comes just after Instacast a new version of the app is released, with lots of innovations and improvements. It is also immediately to the sole, slightly app well-known in this field.
What is striking is that the data of podcasts still looking just in the iTunes app to find. Looking for example, the Podcast Fast Moving Targets', it shows the app after entering a few letters of the name searched. Then you give permission to use the results to show, it appears only a music album called Moving Targets, but not the podcasts.
Then you open the Music app on an iPhone with iOS 6, then the option Podcasts can still be seen .You can only get nothing: tap the option to download podcasts from the Store, then you go to a blank screen in the iTunes app.
The issue of a separate app would be logical on the one hand, Apple did it all before with iTunes U , where Apple also released a separate app for. Secondly, it is somewhat strange: podcasts made a few years ago by a peak (even I did it along ). But since there are hardly new Dutch podcasts anymore, though there is still more podcast awards and is sporadically also some news to report . Internationally, the situation is different, with popular video podcasts from the stable of Revision3 . Though they call it simply "TV Shows on the Internet 'and no podcasts.
