It's getting a little 'intricate the story of the injunction (temporary) obtained by Apple against the Galaxy Nexus, since it was just (temporarily) suspended. Apart from the obvious case of "inception" legal, actually changes very little, because Google had already removed the smartphone from the Play Store.
The court's decision to cancel or confirm the ban for the rest of the process depends in part on evidence that Apple will be able to present, but in any case, Google should be able to circumvent the problem by software and the comeback of the Galaxy Nexus is expected for next week along with Jelly Bean.
Alongside this we point out some good news for the Galaxy Tab 10.1, which sees declined the preliminary injunction hanging over him, let's just hope for the Nexus things are resolved as well.
