From the day when Microsoft introduced the Windows Phone 8 and stated that current smartphones (e.g. Nokia Lumia nine hundred) will not be upgraded to this version but Windows Phone 7.8, there is curiosity about who will be the restrictions of "small" update compared to the full version.
Microsoft has made it clear then that only certain features of Windows Phone 8 will be included in Windows Phone 7/8 (like the new Start Screen), but need not mention. However, the site SmartphoneFrance discovered an official document of the company reveals the differences between two versions!
