In OS X Mountain Lion by default give you a choice of 35 options for wallpapers. Files with them can be found in a quite obvious directory / Library / Desktop Pictures /. This is no less than stunning photos amazing quality that can be evaluated with the permission - 3200x2000. Recall that the resolution Retina-display the new MacBook Pro is 2880x1800 and its counterpart in the iPad third generation is at 2048x1536.
