In an update of his own Gmail
app, Google has added some new features to the mail application on Android. So
you can now zoom in on messages from an email and add an attachment.
The adjustments to the Gmail
application for Android are not earth shattering, let alone great innovative,
but make an excellent mail program a lot better.
With a two-finger pinch motion
example you can zoom in on mails - an option that is only just have to turn on
in the settings of the app.
While you an email to the
drawing, you can now add a file as an attachment. Previously you could already
share files from other apps, but not the other way from the mailapp itself. It seems
obvious that such a thing is possible, but has only now been added to the
capabilities of the mobile Gmail. Even Apple is also only possible from version
6 of iOS.
With one swipe you can now also
archive messages in Gmail or refer to the trash. And photo attachments by
default also appear larger in the new version.
The changes to the Gmail app are
available for devices from Android 4.0.
