The Nexus tablet is the way you wanted?

The news emerged a few hours ago seem to outline a fairly complete profile of the long awaited Nexus Tablet, and unless the last hours of denials, we now know what the characteristics of the first bar of Google. Among the many specific stand, however, also some "sick", some of which have divided public opinion.

Let's review just as we expect that both the Nexus 7:

7-inch IPS display with 1280 x 800
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
CPU 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Tegra 3
1 GB RAM
8 GB / 16 GB internal memory (no micro SD slot)
Front camera 1.2 mega pixel (no rear camera)
Autonomy of 8 hours
Wi-Fi a / b / g / n (no 3G module)
NFC
As you can see we have highlighted those that are the most discussed shortcomings, which we will quickly below.

Micro SD slot

The model offers 16 GB capacity for all in all a decent app, MP3, and a few games, certainly not easy to become a repository for films in high resolution, and of course, the debate becomes even more valid for the 8 GB model. In any case, if the lack of memory expansion is a bad thing or not is a very subjective factor, strongly influenced by the use that each tablet will do. In principle, however at least the presence of a micro SD slot would be a pleasant thing, even by those who may not take advantage at first, especially in the long term.

Camera back

To be penalized by its absence is not only the photos that we take (on the quantity of which frankly have some doubts) but also the augmented reality app, read barcodes and all those that use the camera to deliver content. Since, however, functions to use mobile and lacking 3G module is also clear that in mind, Google is our smartphones that will compensate for the lack, and frankly we can not really give too much wrong. Especially considering the lack of optics rear served to contain the price, basically do not see it as a blatant surrender.

Mobile network

In principle, this characteristic does not seem essential , whereas the tablet is hardly seen as a device to carry around all day, every day (which in theory is called smartphones) with its use limited mostly to home / office / work the presence of a Wi-Fi to give you practically taken for granted (and for emergencies, there is always the tethering). It is clear however that the individual needs to have the last word, also the presence of the NFC module but without the mobile network just makes it useful for things like changes in profile by tag or data exchange, and for us to say that those were secondary functions.

How wanted the Nexus Tablet?

I do not consider the "absences" important
I wanted to slot micro SD
 I wanted the camera back
 I wanted the form 3d
 I took them all 3
 I wanted 3G + micro SD
I wanted camera + micro SD
 I wanted to 3g + camera
