Google confirms that the Galaxy has been removed from the Nexus Play Store due to Apple and will be back on sale next week

Available today is the second beta of OS X 10.8.1 to developers, a few days after the release of the first version. The new beta has a number of build 12B17 43.27MV sizes (delta update) without reference to known problems.

Requested however, from the developers to focus testing on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange in Mail, PAC proxies in Safari, SMB, USB and Wi-Fi and audio when connected external Thunderbolt display.

The developers can not find the new version through the Developer Portal of Apple.
