Planned for this fall, RIM has benefited from the BlackBerry 2012 World to unveil a little more of his BlackBerry 10. As expected, the new OS is based much more on QNX and thus the BlackBerry playbook that all current smartphones of the brand.
We thus find the panel system introduced with OS 2.0 for BlackBerry Playbook and on a smartphone, it's more convenient and much faster than what we saw on iOS, Android or Windows Phone. Moreover, in this regard, it seems to have a mix between webOS and Windows Phone, this is rather promising. In addition, we discovered a new keyboard, which suggests that RIM should eventually completely abandon the physical keyboard (so do not expect ...). So, to compensate for all that, the new keyboard is pretty impressive. It takes a bit of what offers SwiftKey Android on X by improving access to predictions of words. Basically, words are not coming in a bar above the keyboard but different letters above key and simply press the letter with a gesture upward to activate the predicted word effective.
The video after the jump should give you an idea of the seizure.
RIM has also introduced its new photo application and it provides that Nikon already offers One in its lineup. Basically, the smartphone must take a series of photo for every shot and you choose one that suits you most. The advantage is that you can zoom in anywhere on the picture and from there, a sort of timeline appears and it's your choice. We now move to 10 games developed on BlackBerry and unnecessary you say that RIM has obviously caught up about technique over games on Android or IOS. You get impressive graphics engines. It only remains to convince publishers and that's another story. Finally and before the short video presentation, I remind you that RIM has announced that more than 77 million active users and over 2.1 billion in cash with no debt, which should reassure some of the more pessimistic.
