Apple has managed to make a ban on sales of the Samsung Nexus Galaxy in the U.S. to enforce. The decision was made by District Judge Lucy Koh, who treats the case for some time. Koh would have allocated the sales ban, because Apple has a decent pass theory have argued that non-repairable damage was suffered. This would Apple sales are lost.
The ruling was based primarily on patent 8086604, a rather generally worded patent in which the retrieval of information from a computer is described. It involves the retrieval of several items from an indexed database, which also Siri as a voice interface can be designed.
The court had previously considered that Samsung has indeed infringed on the patents of Apple, but she thought that Apple might be a problem would have to show that they are valid in the U.S... They also doubted whether a ban on sales that Apple can prevent damage.
In case there are four patents at issue. One of them (number 5946647) Apple previously used for a sales alliance of HTC phones to require the International Trade Commission. This is true since 19 April 2012. The patent describes a system and method for performing an action on a structure in a computer-generated data. Another patent number 8046721 that 'slide to unlock "and describes previously used for a ban on sales of Motorola devices in Germany to demand.
In the case which now play in the USA Apple was blocking several phones including the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
