According to a study conducted by research firm American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to the public success of Facebook does not correspond to the same satisfaction with the service offered.
The statistical ACSI examined the satisfaction expressed by clients of services and online businesses, focusing in particular on the user platform social media, search engines and information Web sites. While search engines like Google and Bing and major news portals than a score of 80 out of 100, the result is negative for the social network Mark Zuckerberg: its members in 2011 had attribute an assessment of just 66 of 100, but now they have even arrived to assess 61 of 100 satisfaction for its use.
The score that Facebook leads the five most disappointing online companies among 230 examined by the study: a direct consequence of the recent change in the timeline, but also advertising and issues related to privacy of users.
Surprisingly, although the proportions of use between the two portals are huge users + Google have expressed a satisfaction rating of 78 out of 100: it is particularly welcome the increased attention to privacy, the lack of advertising and the best traditional mobile experience.
