Last June we had liquidated Instapaper fairly brisk, certainly not as an alternative to the economic "problem" to have a software that allow you to save the contents of web pages to read later from your tablet (someone said Pocket ?) but the advent of a new tablet, that is, the Nexus 7, marked the success of this app.
The title of the article is rather pompous and the news is quickly going around the world (in the image above "grouper" is the codename for the Nexus 7). The increase in the number of buyers (since the app is still in charge and costs € 2.41) is indeed remarkable, but there are a few things to note.
Along with the Nexus 7 Google also offered $ 25 in the app to download at the Play Store and Instapaper is basically software which name is pretty popular, especially in the IOS. Although it is not plausible to associate this request the full amount of the increase in buyers, certainly had its weight.
If so the success of Instapaper is certainly important, even more so than the Nexus 7 and, as rightly stated the study that developed the app, it shows even more that the " tablet 7 "are great to read and Nexus 7 is the first Android device to attract significant interest in a field leaning towards IOS ".
So congratulations to both and in case there had come to leave the link you want to buy Instapaper (and what to download for free Pocket)
