New anti-theft cable in Apple Stores found

There is a new security cable surfaced in several Apple Stores. It is a single iPhone cable that the function of the old security mechanism must take over. Earlier, a cable towards the iOS device and split into two parts: a physical lock back of the device was confirmed and an iPhone cable for power. The new cable looks like a normal iPhone cable, but pint stuck in the machine and can be identified by the symbol of a lock on the connector of the cable is shown.

The Apple Stores where the new cable was spotted, not all devices provide. There may be a problem with the feed, but it could also be that they simply are tested. What is striking is that the new cable is often close to the output is used and is mainly used for securing the third generation. It seems that the iOS device no longer works when the cable is not properly removed from the dock, making it useless for iDevices steal.

Employees let alone know that the cable functionally different than the previous security cable, but leave nothing further about loose. The cable should be able to set an alarm to sound.
